Q: Will my wig last for the period of hair loss? 

A: We aim to create your wig so that it last for the period of hair loss. As long as you adhere to to all of the care instructions that your wig stylist has given you then it should last. 

Q: Will my wig allow my scalp to breath and also allow hair growth? 

A: All of our bespoke wigs are made with materials that will allow your scalp to breath and for hair growth to begin 

Q: How do I take care of the wig once it is fitted? 

A: You will be given a wig care sheet at the end of your fitting. If you do have any questions before of after the wig is fitted you can call Couture Hair Therapy or your wig stylist. 

Q: What do I do if I am not to sure of what hair type to choose for my wig? 

A: Each wig is based on a hair type. They range from basic, standard and primium. The type of hair you choose reflexs in the price that you pay. If you are unsure a wig stylit will send you a sample of the hair in the post for you to make the choice. 

Q: Can I choose the hair style of my wig? 

A: Our main aim is to make our clients feel that they have had a hand in choosing the style of their wig. We understand that losing your hair through chemotherapy treatment can be destressing and by choosing the style we hope to enpower our clients. 


Prices

Q: Do I have to pay for my wig in full before I receive it? 

A: No, we asked for a 50% deposit before your wig is completed. The balance is to be paid on the day of fitting. 

Q: Why do you have different prices for your wigs? 

A: We would like give our clients a choice in the type of hair and wig that they choose.

Q: Do you take all means of payments? 

A: You can pay in a number of ways. We have a company payPal account set up where we can invoice you via Paypal or you can pay via cash or cheque. 


Services 

Q: Am I expected to come to a hair salon to get my wig fitted? 

A: Couture Hair Therapy is a total private and personal service. We will visit you at home or in hospital to fit your wig. 

Q: What happens if I book an appointment but can not make it? 

A: We would appreciate that our clients contact us if they are unable to make an appointment, preferably a week before the appointment date.
